We’re Hiring: Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Infrastructure Engineer to own the management, security, and optimization of our IT environment.
This is a mission-critical role responsible for ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and operational resilience in a regulated fintech environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining secure, scalable, and audit-ready infrastructure aligned with regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints)
- Oversee cloud and on-premise environments (Azure preferred)
- Administer and secure Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls (access control, endpoint protection, monitoring)
- Ensure high availability, backup integrity, and disaster recovery readiness
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
- Support internal teams with IT operations and infrastructure needs
- Maintain documentation aligned with IT governance and audit requirements
Must have requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 / Azure AD
- Networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls)
- Experience in cybersecurity controls and monitoring
- Proven experience managing production environments
- Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure layers
- Endpoint security and device management
- Backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
- Vendor and service provider coordination
Nice to Have (Highly Preferred)
- Experience in fintech or regulated environments
- Familiarity with SAMA cybersecurity & operational resilience frameworks
- Experience with SIEM / SOC tools
- Certifications:
- Microsoft (Azure / Windows Server)
- Cisco (CCNA / CCNP)
- CompTIA Security+
