What You’ll Do:
Strategically source, pursue, and onboard new SME clients for our business loans and trade working capital solutions.
Cultivate strong relationships with business owners, brokers, and industry partners to expand our customer base.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a healthy and robust pipeline.
Work closely with the sales team and internal Credit & Operations teams to hit revenue targets and drive business growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging SME opportunities.
Customize lending solutions based on client needs and financial goals to maximize impact.
Represent Beehive at industry events, conferences, and promotional forums, highlighting our lending solutions.
Provide outstanding client support, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service.

You have a proven track record in business development or SME relationship management within financial services, banking, or fintech.
You consistently exceed sales targets and can present tangible results from previous roles.
You are experienced with SME lending products and have a strong understanding of credit, financial markets, and regulations.
You’re a clear, confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are highly adaptable.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
