Role Overview
As a Business Development professional within our Business Unit (BU), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth as part of our team in Riyadh, KSA, working in an ONSITE environment. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, expanding our market presence, and contributing directly to the achievement of our revenue targets in alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations and support contract discussions to secure new business deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from prospecting to successful closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with BU objectives.
- Monitor and report on market activities, customer feedback, and business performance metrics.
- Represent the company at various meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Consistently achieve assigned business development targets and KPIs.
Must have requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market analysis and business growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated business development and sales expertise with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
